Non-Asbestos Fiber Rubber Gasket
Product Description
It is made by pressing and vulcanizing materials such as 100% asbestos-free filling fibers, synthetic fibers, latex, and additives. It can be used to manufacture various gaskets and is suitable for sealing pipes or equipment of various fluid media with a temperature not exceeding 300℃ and a pressure not exceeding 6.4MPa.
Application scope
It can be widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, light industry, metallurgy, machinery, thermal power, instrumentation, automobiles, etc. for device sealing. It is the best alternative to carcinogenic materials like asbestos and rubber.
Material Characteristics
The product does not contain asbestos.
It has obtained certifications from ABS, CCS, and DNV.
It has passed the API607 fire resistance test.
