Features
PVDF is a transparent or translucent crystalline polymer with about 68% of crystalinity, 59%of fluorine content and 0.25 million–1Million molecular weight. It is the most durable fluoro plastic, enjoying high impact strength, abrasion resistance, and creep resistance. It has a relatively high resistance to heat, and is non–flammable. The working temperature is from –40℃ to 150℃.PVDF also has outstanding characteristic to withstand ageing, ozone, radiation, UV light and excellent dielectric properties. It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, strong oxidizer and halogens under room temperature.

Applications
PVDF can be used in electrical and electronic industries for the manufacturing of conductors, cable jacket, printed plate board, heat shrink tube, and capacitor media; the valve, pump, pipe fittings, electrolysis diaphragm plate, filtering membrane, packing ring, lining, corrosion-resisting coating in the industry of chemistry; gears and bearings in the industry of machinery.
