Product Description
Boilers are very common in factory equipment. They use coal as fuel and often accumulate a thick layer of dust. When the heating surface is severely covered with dust and slag, it directly affects the performance of the boiler and may even lead to unexpected shutdowns, causing significant economic losses.
Product Features
The nickel wire-reinforced end rings can withstand high temperatures, high pressures, and the scraping action of the inner tube.
The graphite molded rings ensure a tight fit between the inner and outer diameters.
The efficient disc-shaped design ensures sealing effect under low-pressure cover loads.
Applicable operating conditions
Stroke: 7 – 14m
Blowing medium: Steam or compressed air
Propulsion speed: 0.8 – 3.5 (m/min)
Speed: 9 – 35 (r.p.m)
Temperature: 180℃ – 250℃ (steam)
Pressure: 0.8 – 2.0 (MPa)

Maximum outer diameter: Φ15mm – Φ120mm
