Gansu Juxiang Fluoroplastics Technology Co.,Ltd. is a fluoroplastic Products manufacturer in China, based in Yumen City, Gansu Province, with a second production base in Zhejiang. The company was formed as a joint venture between Zhejiang Jiaxiang Fluoroplastics Co., Ltd. and Gansu Juhua New Materials Co., Ltd. We mold, skive, extrude and machine PTFE, PFA, FEP, PCTFE, PVDF, PEEK and PI into sheets, rods, tubes, films, tapes, gaskets, seals and finished components.
Our product range addresses sealing, fluid handling, electrical insulation, wear reduction and high-purity containment. Chemical and petrochemical plants, chlor-alkali and pharmaceutical lines, semiconductor wet processes, hydrogen and new-energy equipment, aerospace sealing, automotive automation, water treatment and medical fluid systems all draw on the same material and processing base.

| ePTFE gaskets, joint tape and membranes | Expanded sheet, reinforced flange gasket, gasket tape, hollow fiber membrane module | Flange sealing, wastewater, acid waste, seawater desalination | Compressibility, recovery, permeability, reinforcement |
| Fluid system and equipment components | Lined butterfly valve, diaphragm, ball, flexible coupling, expansion joint, digestion tube, beaker | Corrosive media, dosing lines, laboratory digestion, printing and dyeing equipment | Lining thickness, pressure rating, connection standard, cleaning |
For sealing work, the Modified PTFE Gasket group covers standard and non-standard flange profiles, while Filled PTFE Tube,Rod supplies the stock for rings, guides and sliders. High-temperature structural and wear parts are machined from PEEK Products when PTFE reaches its mechanical limit.
Material and grade selection
PTFE alone is rarely the final answer for a loaded seal or a wearing part. Our modified PTFE sheet and gasket grades use micro glass bead, silica, barium sulfate, glass fiber, kaolin or carbon black to change compression, rebound, creep resistance, wear and conductivity. Grade families G500 to G711 cover gasket and sheet applications; R100 to R109 cover filled rod; T200 to T203 cover filled tube. Density, tensile strength, compression ratio and rebound ratio are reported against ASTM D792, ASTM F152 and ASTM F36.
Selection starts with the service condition, not the datasheet:
- Media: acid, alkali, oxidizer, solvent or high-purity water, including concentration and trace contaminants.
- Temperature: continuous and peak values, plus thermal cycling and steam exposure.
- Pressure and bolt load: internal pressure, flange class, available torque and gasket seating stress.
- Flange condition: flatness, surface finish, warpage and groove dimensions.
- Motion: static seal, reciprocating, rotary or micro-motion, with speed and duty cycle.
- Purity and electrical duty: extractables, conductivity, anti-static requirement and dielectric strength.
Configuration and machining
We work from a drawing, a sample or a defined envelope. Compression molding covers thick sheet, large sealing frames and near-net blanks; skiving produces thin sheet and film; extrusion produces tube and rod; CNC turning and milling produce the final seat, ring, slider or liner. Sodium treatment prepares PTFE surfaces for bonding, and PFA/glass fiber backing gives composite plates a dimensionally stable substrate.
Every order is fixed against an approved drawing that states dimensions, tolerances, flatness, concentricity, surface finish and cleanliness. For assemblies we match gasket, seat, diaphragm, packing and coupling as one set so that interface dimensions and material grades remain consistent across the bill of materials.
Quality control and acceptance
Incoming resin, compounded sheet and finished parts are checked against the agreed specification. Density, tensile strength, compression ratio and rebound ratio follow ASTM D792, ASTM F152 and ASTM F36 where those properties are specified. Dimensional inspection covers critical diameters, thickness, flatness and groove profiles; visual inspection covers voids, contamination, delamination and machining marks. Batch identification is retained from material lot to packed carton.
Acceptance criteria are written into the purchase order before production: sampling plan, test methods, report format, certificate of conformity and any third-party inspection. We issue material and inspection records with the delivery lot.
Information we use to configure your solution
Send these details with your enquiry and we can return a configuration and quotation without a second round of questions:
- Finished drawing or sample, with critical dimensions and tolerances.
- Material or grade, or the service media, concentration and temperature if the grade is open.
- Pressure, flange standard, bolt load and mating surface condition for sealing parts.
- Motion type and duty cycle for rings, guides, sliders and bearings.
- Quantity, annual demand and whether stock or make-to-order supply is intended.
- Purity, conductivity, dielectric or outgassing limits for semiconductor, electrical and medical use.
- Inspection, documentation and packaging requirements, including marking and lot traceability.
- Delivery destination and any preferred freight or pallet configuration.
Packaging, documentation and service
Sealing faces, films and machined surfaces are packed to prevent distortion and contamination. Cartons carry grade, batch, dimensions and quantity; pallets are configured for the transport mode and destination. Documentation includes the approved drawing, material data, inspection records and certificate of conformity where specified.
We support sample approval before series production and keep replacement wear parts available for pumps, valves and automation equipment. Inquiries receive a response within 12 working hours. Production is split between the Gansu and Zhejiang bases, which gives us scheduling flexibility for repeat orders and mixed material projects. Our products are exported to more than 30 countries.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between modified PTFE and filled PTFE in your range?
Both use a PTFE base compounded with a functional filler. Modified PTFE sheet and gasket grades are optimized for sealing: micro glass bead for low bolt load, silica for chemical and thermal stability, barium sulfate for high density and wear, glass fiber for compressive strength, kaolin for hot acid service, and carbon black for conductive anti-static duty. Filled PTFE tube and rod use the same compounding logic in extruded or molded form for rings, guides, sliders and machined parts.
Can you supply gaskets to our flange dimensions and bolt load?
Yes. We cut or mold to your drawing, including non-standard flange profiles, envelope gaskets and large integrated sealing frames. The grade is selected from the media, temperature, pressure class, available bolt torque and flange condition; dimensions and tolerances are taken from the approved drawing.
Which materials can you machine into finished components?
We machine PTFE, modified and filled PTFE, PFA, FEP, PCTFE, PVDF, PEEK, PI and UHMW-PE. Typical finished parts include valve seats, stem seals, piston rings, guide tapes, bearing sliders, diaphragms, couplings, wafer carriers, digestion tubes and laboratory ware.
What do you need to quote a custom fluoroplastic part?
A drawing or sample, the material or service condition, quantity, and any inspection, documentation or packaging requirement. For sealing parts, include the flange standard, pressure, temperature and bolt load. For dynamic parts, include the motion type and duty cycle. With those inputs we confirm the grade, process route and acceptance criteria in the quotation.
