HNBR Hydrogenated Nitrile O-ring

Characteristics: Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) O-ring is a highly saturated elastomer obtained by special hydrogenation of nitrile rubber. Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) O-ring rubber has good oil resistance. And because of its highly saturated structure, it has good heat resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance (good resistance to freon, acid and alkali), excellent ozone resistance, high compression resistance to permanent deformation; At the same time, hydrogenated nitrile rubber also has high strength, high tear performance, excellent wear resistance and other characteristics, is one of the most excellent comprehensive performance of rubber. The HYDROGENated nitrile butadiene_rubber (HNBR) O-ring is widely used in oil field and automobile industry. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) O-ring has a good performance in the use of extremely harsh field, is more and more used.

EPDM Ethylene-Propylene Rubber O-Ring

Features: due to the lack of polarity and low unsaturation of EPDM ethylene propylene rubber, it has good resistance to various polar chemicals such as alcohol, acid, base, oxidant, refrigerant, detergent, animal and vegetable oils, ketone and grease, etc, and can resist acetone. EPDM rubber has excellent steam resistance and is estimated to be better than its heat resistance. In superheated steam at 230℃, the appearance has no change after nearly 10oh. And fluororubber, silicone rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, natural rubber in the same conditions, experience a short time appearance of obvious deterioration phenomenon. EPDM ethylene propylene rubber has excellent electrical insulation and corona resistance, and its electrical properties are better than or close to those of styrene butadiene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, polyethylene and crosslinked polyethylene.

Silicon O-ring

Features: Silicon silicone O-ring has super high and low temperature resistance, can work at-40~200℃ fora long time. Silicon silicone O-ring has excellent aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, with super insulation performance. Silicon silicone O-ring can meet the requirements of food grade, can be used in food processing industry, medical industry.

Perflurane FFKM rubber O-ring

Features: Perfluoroether FFKM rubber O-ring is the most expensive rubber elastomer sealing ring sold at present, with extraordinary chemical resistance, resistance to lipids, alcohols, ethers and other chemicals erosion, almost all chemical erosion. Compared with PTFE O-ring, PERfluoroether FFKM O-ring has good elasticity, minimal compression deformation, higher temperature resistance grade, better sealing performance. High temperature resistant brand can be used in 280 degrees environment for a long time.
