Gansu Juxiang Fluoroplastics Technology Co.,Ltd. produces PFA threaded joints and high-performance fluoroplastic components from two production bases in Zhejiang and Gansu, China. As a PFA Threaded Joint manufacturer, we supply union tees, reducing unions and weld tees in tube sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in for high-purity fluid lines where metal contact, extractables and chemical attack limit conventional fittings.
The company is a joint venture of Zhejiang Jiaxiang Fluoroplastics and Gansu Juhua New Materials (Juhua Group), established in September 2025 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan in Yumen City, Gansu Province. Fluoroplastic processing, machining and export coordination run across both bases, which is how we handle both catalogued fitting orders and project-specific parts.
The Range We Manufacture
Three fitting families make up the range. Each is produced in PFA, a fully fluorinated melt-processable resin that holds the chemical resistance of PTFE while allowing a smooth, consolidated flow path.
- Union Tee — equal-bore three-way fitting for splitting or combining a line, from 1/8 in to 1 in tube OD.
- Reducing Union — transitions between two tube sizes on the same run, including inch-to-metric combinations such as 1/4 in × 4 mm.
- Weld Tee — branch connection for lines joined by welding rather than threading, where a permanent joint suits the layout.
Wall thickness, bore concentricity and thread form are set per model. For non-catalogued layouts we machine to drawing or sample, and fittings can be supplied together with the tube they connect to so the bore and material grade stay matched across the line.
Where PFA Threaded Joints Fit
These fittings are specified where the fluid path must stay chemically inert and free of metal ions. Typical duty is semiconductor wet processing and chemical delivery, where acids, bases and solvents move through small-bore lines; high-purity water loops; pharmaceutical and laboratory piping; and plating or surface-treatment circuits.
The resin carries continuous service around 260 °C, resists most mineral acids, bases and organic solvents, and has a low coefficient of friction that limits scale build-up. Its translucency lets operators see liquid position and trapped air during commissioning.
- Wet benches, chemical cabinets and drain lines
- DI water, ozonated water and rinse circuits
- Dosing, sampling and analytical lines
- Electroplating and surface finishing
Dimensions and Size Data
Catalogued union tees and reducing unions are dimensioned in millimetres. Values follow the model drawing; A, B and C are body dimensions, ØD is the bore through the run and E is the branch height.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| D-G2-UT2-FA | 1/8 in | 44 | 22 | 22 | 2.2 | 11.9 |
| D-G2-UT4-FA | 1/4 in | 66 | 33 | 33 | 4 | 16.1 |
| D-G2-UT6-FA | 3/8 in | 80 | 40 | 40 | 8 | 22.8 |
| D-G2-UT8-FA | 1/2 in | 95 | 47.5 | 47.5 | 10 | 27.4 |
| D-G2-UT12-FA | 3/4 in | 110 | 55 | 55 | 16 | 37 |
| D-G2-UT16-FA | 1 in | 147 | 73.5 | 73.5 | 22 | 47.5 |
Reducing unions use a separate dimension set, with ØE1 and ØE2 giving the two bore sizes at each end.

| D-G2-SU6-4-FA | 3/8 in × 1/4 in | 53 | 22.8 | 15.6 | 21 | 8 | 4 |

Weld tees are produced in the same tube OD range for permanent branch connections. Where a line needs a geometry outside these tables, we work from a sketch, isometric or sample and confirm the drawing before machining.
Configuration and Line Integration
Threaded joints are configured around the mating port, not chosen from a size chart alone. We confirm the thread form and size, the tube OD at each end, the branch orientation and the space available for tightening.
- Thread type and size matched to the port or adapter
- Tube OD per connection, including inch and metric transitions
- Equal or reducing branch geometry
- Weld tee where a permanent joint is preferred
- Sealing method: thread seal tape, gasket or welded connection
In high-purity lines, tape fragments and excess sealant become a contamination source, so the sealing method is agreed with the connection design. Our PTFE thread seal tape is supplied where a taped joint is specified, and special or non-standard connections are handled through our PFA special connectors range.
Material Behaviour, Quality and Acceptance
PFA is softer than metal and creeps under sustained load, so working pressure and temperature are assessed together rather than read from a single rating. Thermal cycling loosens threaded joints; support and re-torque intervals belong in the installation procedure.
- Continuous temperature and short-term excursions
- Working pressure at temperature, with derating for the fitting body
- Media concentration, including oxidisers and solvents
- Vibration, water hammer and line support
- Cleaning and sterilisation regime
Quality and acceptance
Inspection follows the model drawing: bore and body dimensions, thread form, sealing faces and surface condition. Dimensional checks, thread inspection and a visual check of sealing faces are carried out before packing, and parts are packed to protect threads and sealing surfaces in transit. Acceptance criteria and documentation scope are fixed with the order.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
We prepare a configuration and quotation from the line data, not from a part number alone. These inputs let us select the model, confirm the material and price the order correctly.
- Tube OD and thread size at every connection
- Media, concentration and operating temperature
- Working pressure, plus any surge or vacuum condition
- Equal or reducing layout, with a sketch or isometric
- Connection method: threaded, welded or mixed
- Quantity per size and expected annual demand
- Cleaning, packaging and documentation requirements
- Delivery destination and required date
FAQs
What sizes of PFA threaded joint do you supply?
Union tees run from 1/8 in to 1 in tube OD, models D-G2-UT2-FA through D-G2-UT16-FA. Reducing unions cover combinations from 1/4 in × 4 mm to 1 in × 3/4 in. Weld tees are produced in the same tube OD range, and non-catalogued sizes are machined to drawing.
Can you produce fittings to our drawing or sample?
Yes. Customization is our core service, and we develop and produce fluoroplastic parts to customer drawings or samples. Send the drawing with thread specification, tube OD, bore and any marking requirement, and we will confirm feasibility and production route.
How does PFA compare with PTFE for threaded joints?
PFA is melt-processable, so bodies can be molded or machined into smooth, consolidated shapes with a low-extractables surface. PTFE is not melt-processable and is normally molded and sintered or machined. For high-purity lines, the smoother bore and lower particle retention of PFA usually decide the choice; PTFE remains suitable for general chemical sealing.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Size, thread, media, temperature, pressure, quantity and delivery destination. A line sketch or isometric shortens the review. We reply to enquiries within 12 working hours.
