Gansu Juxiang Fluoroplastics Technology Co.,Ltd. builds the Valve Body Type manufacturer range around a single rule: the fluid touches PFA and PTFE, nothing else. The range covers manual ultra-pure PFA needle valves for flow regulation and PFA pneumatic diaphragm valves for automated on/off duty on chemical, pure-water and high-purity gas lines.
Both families are produced alongside our fluoroplastic stock shapes, seals and tubing at two production bases in Zhejiang and Gansu, so a valve package, its mating gaskets and its connection tubing move through one schedule and one set of material records.
Where PFA Valve Bodies Fit in the Process
The range is built for lines where a stainless body would corrode, contaminate or catalyse the medium: high-purity chemical distribution on semiconductor wet benches, fine-chemical dosing and sampling, pharmaceutical purification skids, pure-water loops, and corrosive liquid transfer in environmental and electrochemical plant.
Selection follows the working point rather than the catalogue alone. Pressure, temperature, media concentration and the required actuation decide whether a manual needle body or a pneumatic diaphragm body is the right choice, and which diaphragm and seat materials are acceptable.
- Manual regulation and isolation — needle valve bodies for flow trimming, sampling points and bypass lines.
- Automated on/off control — pneumatic diaphragm bodies for sequence control, dosing pulses and interlocked shut-off.
- High-purity gas and liquid — injection-molded PFA wetted path with no metal contact.
- Corrosive chemical service — PFA body with PTFE diaphragm, within the temperature limits set out below.
The Range: Needle Valves and Pneumatic Diaphragm Valves
NV-01 ultra-pure PFA needle valve
The NV-01 series was developed for corrosive chemical liquids and gases where purity cannot be compromised. The valve body and valve stem are injection-molded from high-purity PFA and are the only wetted components in the assembly.
- The stem sealing area is machined to a controlled finish, which gives a smooth, consistent hand-turning feel across the stroke.
- A PTFE bushing seals the stem against the body, keeping the sealing interface inside the fluoropolymer wetted path.
- A dedicated PFA stem stopper prevents the stem from backing out of the body during adjustment and service.
- Standard sizes are 1/4"" and 3/8""; other sizes are quoted on request against the line specification.
- Operating range 100–700 kPa (1–7 bar), media temperature 10–120 °C.
PFA pneumatic diaphragm valves
The pneumatic series uses a PTFE diaphragm to isolate the actuator from the medium and a PFA valve body for the wetted pressure boundary. Both model codes in the range — D-F-ADV2-NC-G104-01A4-FA and D-F-ADV2-NC-G204-01A4-FA — are normally closed and share the same published pressure, temperature, leakage and cycle envelope.
- Port sizes Φ4, Φ6 and Φ7 for direct tubing connection.
- Pressure resistance 1.0 MPa; operating pressure 0–0.5 MPa in both the A→B and B→A directions; back pressure 0–0.5 MPa.
- Seat leakage published at 0 cm³/min under water pressure.
- Fluid temperature 5–120 °C, ambient temperature 0–60 °C, actuation frequency below 30 cycles per minute.
Specification Envelope by Model
The table below sets out the published envelope for each body in the range. Where a project sits at the edge of an envelope, we confirm the offered model against the actual working point before the order is released.
| Model | Valve type | Wetted materials | Line size | Pressure | Temperature | Duty |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NV-01 series | Manual needle valve | Ultra-pure PFA body and stem (only wetted parts); PTFE bushing; PFA, PTFE and PVDF in non-wetted components | 1/4"", 3/8""; other sizes on request | 100–700 kPa (1–7 bar) | 10–120 °C | Flow regulation, sampling and isolation on chemical liquid and gas lines |
| D-F-ADV2-NC-G104-01A4-FA | Pneumatic diaphragm valve, normally closed | PFA body, PTFE diaphragm | Φ4, Φ6, Φ7 | Resistance 1.0 MPa; operating 0–0.5 MPa; back pressure 0–0.5 MPa | Fluid 5–120 °C; ambient 0–60 °C | Automated on/off, below 30 cycles per minute |
| D-F-ADV2-NC-G204-01A4-FA | Pneumatic diaphragm valve, normally closed | PFA body, PTFE diaphragm | Φ4, Φ6, Φ7 | Resistance 1.0 MPa; operating 0–0.5 MPa; back pressure 0–0.5 MPa | Fluid 5–120 °C; ambient 0–60 °C | Automated on/off, below 30 cycles per minute |
The body and connection variant carried in each pneumatic model code is confirmed at quotation, together with the actuator interface required by the control cabinet.
Material and Media Boundaries
PFA bodies are specified where chemical resistance and low extractables matter more than mechanical strength. The published fluid range for the pneumatic series is 5–120 °C, with two conditions that change the usable window.
- Hydrofluoric acid service — hydrofluoric acid and chemical liquids containing hydrofluoric acid are limited to 5–80 °C.
- Flared fitting piping — where the line is connected with flared fittings, the applicable fluid temperature range is 5–100 °C.
- Threaded joints — where a threaded connection is used, PTFE thread seal tape keeps the joint chemistry consistent with the valve body.
- Body and line stock — PFA rod and tube stock and FEP and PFA extrusion tube from the same production programme allow the valve, tubing and seals to be supplied as one material family.
These valves are not intended for high-pressure hydraulic duty. The needle valve tops out at 7 bar and the pneumatic body is rated for 1.0 MPa pressure resistance with 0–0.5 MPa operating pressure; applications above those figures need a different body construction.
Quality Control, Customization and Delivery Scope
Production parameters are monitored in real time through the run, and each order closes with complete documentation and usage guidance so that installation and start-up questions are answered from the record rather than from memory. Zero seat leakage under water pressure is the published acceptance figure for the pneumatic series.
Customization is our core service. We develop and produce fluoroplastic parts strictly to customer drawings or samples, which covers non-standard needle valve sizes, alternative end connections and body variants for specific skids. Orders are scheduled across the Zhejiang and Gansu bases, and inquiries are answered within 12 working hours.
- Material selection and process analysis support at the requirement stage.
- Mold and machining optimization for repeatable wetted-path geometry.
- Documentation and usage guidance issued with the shipment.
- Export packing and dispatch to customers in more than 30 countries and regions.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A quotation that can be released to production needs the working point, not just a model name. The matrix below shows what each input changes and what comes back with the offer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which media are the PFA valve bodies intended for?
The needle valve series handles corrosive chemical liquids and gases at high purity. The pneumatic diaphragm series is specified for pure water and chemical liquids, with a PTFE diaphragm separating the medium from the actuator. Neither body is intended for high-pressure hydraulic service.
How is the needle valve stem sealed against the body?
A PTFE bushing provides the seal between the PFA stem and the PFA body. The stem sealing area is machined to a controlled finish for a smooth, consistent hand-turning feel, and a PFA stem stopper prevents the stem from loosening out of the body during use.
What temperature applies to hydrofluoric acid service?
Hydrofluoric acid and chemical liquids containing hydrofluoric acid are used within 5–80 °C. Where the piping method is flared connection, the applicable fluid temperature range is 5–100 °C, against the standard 5–120 °C range for the pneumatic series.
Can we order sizes outside the standard list?
Yes. The NV-01 needle valve is catalogued in 1/4"" and 3/8"", and other sizes are quoted on request. Custom development to drawings or samples is our core service, covering non-standard sizes, alternative end connections and body variants for specific equipment.
